| Програма | # Course description The PRINCE2 Foundation course is a 3 day program with the official PRINCE2 Foundation exam given at the end of the third day. The training course is given in partnership with Partners In Business, an Accredited PRINCE2 Training organization. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups. Every delegate receives access to our PRINCE2Train e-learning environment, a PRINCE2 Event Manual with exercises and slides and our PRINCE2 Trigger Map. Programme Day 1 # Introducing ourselves # Introduction PRINCE2 # Organization theme + question 1 – Group exercise # Business Case theme # Starting Up A Project # Directing A Project # Initiating A Project At the end of every theme the students will go through a number of test questions. Day 2 # Recap day 1 # Quality theme # Plans theme # Controlling A Stage # Risk theme # Risk theme question 2 – Group exercise # Change Theme At the end of every theme the students will go through a number of test questions. Day 3 # Recap day 1 and 2 # Progress Theme # Managing Product Delivery # Managing a Stage Boundary # Closing A Project # Tailoring PRINCE2 PRINCE2 Foundation Exam Mark exam papers Present exam results to candidates At the end of every theme the students will go through a number of test questions. PRINCE2 Foundation examination format (2009 edition): # 1 hour # 75 questions # Multiple choice # 50% pass mark* # Closed book * The 75 questions within the 2009 edition of the Foundation Exam will include 5 trial questions. These 5 trial questions will not contribute to a candidates mark. This 50% pass mark is therefore based on a maximum score of 70. |
